This Tribe doesn't have an active moderator, but as a matter of policy, Tribe.net likes all groups to have a leader.

Can you collectively choose someone to moderate your Tribe?

3-D charater creeation and rigging for 2006 BM art instillation

Need help rigging 3-D lightwave stick figure characters for 2006 art installation. I'm re-creating a playa scene with 3-D stick figures, balloons as art cars, various neon psychedelic objects, Nebulous sky and cool flaming stuff.. Some actual hand painted art will be shot in HD and composited into scene. A 4th dimensional mirrored reality of 2005 Burning Man.

Anybody have experience with this? Any pointers?

It seems like a difficult way to get going. Do you have to place your curve start points directly on the geometry you're using to extrude, point for point?

I'm attempting the joystick tut in "Essential Lightwave 7.5." All my attempts turn out mush.

I bought this prodyct from Worley.com and I have to say it is a great tool. Now I can almost model in real time and manipulate surfaces almost on the fly since this tool renders so fast. I am no longer hitting the f9 key repeatedly anymore. :)
